1. How long does shipping take?
We provide standard shipping on all of our items (your jerseys will be received within 2-4 weeks). Our shipping times may vary significantly depending on your countries custom laws and inspection procedures. We work directly with our manufacturer overseas to get our jerseys shipped directly to or customers world-wide.
2. Customs & Duty Charges
When items are shipped internationally, there is the possibility that custom and duty charges may be applied based on your countries policies. Please be advised that we have no control over how your country charges these fees and are not responsible for refunding these charges.
3. Can I redirect an order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately no, we cannot redirect an order once the item has been sent. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when the order is placed!
4. After my order is placed, will I be able to track it?
Once an order has been shipped, you will be provided with a confirmation that includes a tracking number and your shipping carrier. It may take some time for your tracking number to be activated, but don’t worry. You will be able to check up on your order in no time!
Returns & Exchanges
Within 14 days of the shipping date, we will provide a full refund on any purchase made, after which we will no longer accept any returns or exchanges.
For all returns/exchanges, items must not be worn, washed or damaged.
5. How can I request a return/exchange?
i) Place your jersey in the original packaging, if possible. Please ensure any previous label/barcode is completely covered.
ii) Select a shipping carrier and drop off your package at the shipping carriers location. Return shipping is not included**.
iii) Send us an email at info@parcjersey on where to return your jersey. (We're currently setting up a physical location).
iv) Once the item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit back to your original payment method within five business days.
**Note: Parc Jersey will only refund the cost of the product. Costs associated with shipping or any applicable taxes/duties incurred will not refunded.
If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all of the items in one box.
